The CAP166R is a professional flight case developed around the DiGiCo Quantum 112 Serie III digital mixing console, combining transport protection with an integrated working configuration. It is suited to touring productions, rental companies, live sound teams, broadcast environments, festivals, venues, and professional AV applications.
Beyond transport, the case is configured to support the console workflow on site. It includes a rear compartment, dedicated mouse supports, a drawer for the Periboard-315 keyboard, support rings for arm tubes, an arm support, an XLR connector opening, adjustable shelving, and additional accessory storage. These integrated features help keep essential control and connectivity elements organized around the console.
The structure is manufactured from 10mm Birch Plywood with PVC Finishing, reinforced by eight large ball corners and secured with four large butterfly catches. 4x Wheels Ø100 (2 With Brake) support movement between warehouse, truck, FOH, stage, and production areas, while 6 handles provide multiple handling points. Overall dimensions are 615 x 958 x 537 mm.
