Inside, the bag features a highly protective hybrid structure: a rigid 4mm Plywood (CP 4 mm) framework encasing a custom-cut LD 29 Machined Foam block. This dense, shock-absorbing foam is precisely routed to perfectly cradle the awkward 90-degree contours, mirrors, and delicate glass of the Barco UST optics, preventing any internal movement and neutralizing blunt impacts that could easily destroy internal optical alignments.

Construction & Finishing

Assembled using heavy-duty Topstitching + Finishing Border techniques, this construction guarantees the structural integrity of the bag and prevents edge fraying during years of intensive professional deployments.
