Given the substantial size and weight capacity of a 6U/500mm rack, the structural core relies on a highly durable 4mm Plywood (CP 4 mm) internal framework. This ensures the bag maintains its rigid 19" form factor and protects your delicate equipment rack ears and internal circuits from crushing or blunt impact damage during demanding tour logistics.

Handling & Access

Instant Front/Rear Access & Equipment Protection

Instead of traditional zippers that can jam or break under the tension of heavy cables, the front and rear access panels are secured by heavy-duty 50mm Velcro closures, allowing for instant, fail-proof routing and maximum ventilation during operational setup on stage. Transporting the rack is managed via a sturdy 1x Carrying Handle. To combat high-friction environments when setting the heavy rack down on stage floors or concrete loading docks, the base is equipped with 4x Reinforced Pads.
